Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/ /3750/2026 dated 30 January 2026, all shareholders are hereby informed that a special window has been opened for a period of one year, from 5 February 2026 to 4 February 2027, to facilitate transfer and dematerialisation of physical securities which were sold/purchased prior to 1 April 2019.
The said special window shall also be available for such physical share transfer requests which were submitted earlier but were rejected, returned, or not attended to due to deficiency in the documents, process, or otherwise.
All securities transferred under this special window shall be mandatorily credited only in dematerialised form to the transferee's demat account. Further, such securities shall be subject to a lock-in period of one year from the date of registration of transfer, during which the securities shall not be transferred, lien-marked, or pledged.
